I was determined to break free from those constraints and embark on an amazing journey of self-exploration, learning different types of fitness, and embracing a whole-body approach to wellness.
Through hours of study, trial and error, and personal experiences, I learned that fitness isn’t just about looking good. It’s about mental clarity and emotional resilience and a deep sense of confidence.
Fueled by this knowledge, I was inspired to share my story and inspire others to do the same.
